WILL CALL:
We require no advance ordering for will call orders; however, calling ahead can expedite your order being filled.
Wholesale orders picked up at our warehouse in Chelan receive a discount of approximately 3%.
DELIVERY:
Please place delivery orders by the Thursday before delivery. Feel free to use our FREE 800 number when ordering (1-800-842-8049).
There is no delivery charge on invoices that total $100.00 or more. Invoices totaling less than $100.00 will incur a delivery charge of $20.00.
We offer delivery south to the Wenatchee area, the Wenatchee River Valley, west to Leavenworth, and along our Seattle pick-up route. Please call to see if you are near the route.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
We stock small inventories of breads, dairy products, and frozen products. In order that your order is completely filled and fresh, we ask that you special order cases in conjunction with our monthly trips to the Seattle market place. Contact our store for ordering deadlines.
Policies:
PRICING:
We maintain two price schedules: one with delivery prices and other types of shipping; the other for "Will Call" orders (if you come into our store to pick up your order). Also, we maintain a system of price breaks for less than wholesale orders. Prices break at 1 & 4 ounces; and 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 & 50 pounds.
Food prices may change daily or weekly, with some prices changing less frequently. If exact price is important, call and ask for a firm quote when placing your order.
TERMS OF SALE:
Our standard terms are cash at point of sale or cash on delivery. Alaska customers' terms are cash in advance of shipping. To qualify for cash on receipt of goods or net 7 day terms, we must have current credit application on file. We also accept Visa and Master card.
RETURNS:
We accept returns for full credit only if merchandise is substandard. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns, no matter what the reason, after 7 days from date of purchase. We also reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on returns that are not substandard.
QUALITY:
All of our products are selected for quality, taste and nutrition. We offer the highest quality spices and culinary herbs available. An important aspect of quality is cleanliness. All our herbs and spices have been recleaned at least twice. None have ever been irradiated. Most of the leafy herbs are offered without stems. Some of the spice mixtures have salt added.
